Yes! We are not happy until you are happy and we guarantee that we will address any reported issue as a top priority. We offer competitive SLA’s with financial remediation terms and will act on your behalf in the event of a manufacturer dispute.

Yes, CPI represents some of the top A/V and video conferencing manufacturers and is authorized to install and support existing installs.

CPI represents many of the top technology partners like Cisco, Citrix, Microsoft, EMC, Dell, HP, NetApp and LifeSize and receives discounted pricing from most. Contact CPI’s inside sales team or your account representative to request a product quote.
Do you offer payment terms on product sales?
After an account is established with CPI, yes!

How do I engage CPI as a new customer?

How does CPI charge for its services?
CPI offers technical labor services on a time and materials basis or on a flat/fixed-fee with a defined scope of services. Additionally, for all recurring contract services, CPI invoices monthly.
Do you offer payment terms?
Yes, we offer Net 10 payment terms upon completion of CPI’s credit application. Enhanced credit terms are available to our most credit-worthy clients. For those clients without a deep credit history, a credit card can be held on account as a payment guarantee.
Does CPI accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Are we able to lease our solution through CPI?
CPI works with a number of reputable leasing companies.
About the CPI NetManage Program
What type of Internet connection do we need for the program?
The NetManage Program requires a broadband (DSL or Cable) or better connection with a static IP. If you don’t have a broadband connection, CPI can install one for an additional fee.
What are the NetManage contract terms?
All NetManage contracts require a 1 year commitment. However, you have the option to cancel with 90 days notice.
How often would our server and desktop software be updated?
The server and desktop software is updated every time a patch or update is released.
Does the NetManage hosted antivirus solution protect us from spyware?
Yes, Kaseya Endpoint Security (KES) protects you from viruses, worms, trojans and includes a unique automatic threat-removal anti-spyware engine.
Does CPI support all of my software under a NetManage contract?
CPI supports all of your Microsoft software including the operating system, Microsoft Office suites and many of Microsoft’s other products. Additionally, we support Symantec Backup Exec, Trend Micro Anti-Virus and several other standard business software packages. Contact us to request a complete list of contractually supported software products.
If you have third-party software products that we do not actively support in-house, then CPI will act on your behalf to coordinate support with the software vendor. However, any support provided surrounding third-party software would be considered outside the scope of the NetManage program.
