CPI and eDistrict Form Partnership

Los Angeles, CA, September 14 , 2004 - CPI Solutions, a leading network and telephony services, integration and consulting company, and eDistrict, a premier professional Web and software development company, jointly announced today that they have formed a strategic partnership.

The companies’ intent in forming the partnership was to bring their complementary skills together to benefit their clients.
